For Fish Farming, the size of production pond grow-out / pond should be one acre to the 2.5-acre area with the length-breadth ratio of 2:1, however the range of nursery pond should be minimum ½ acre and nursery size should be 1/8th of total production area of a fish farming.

Diet for fish forming

 You can give mash powder of rice, bull shit, waste of hen, corn or soy and others need to eat fish. Tuna, salmon & Rahu is best for fish farming.

How much earn from farming

The total cost of production is comes to Rs180,000/- per acre, however, the sale of farmed fish is Rs.300,000/- per acre approximately. The farmer can get profit approximately Rs 120,000/- per acre.
